Territory Indirect Retail Executive

You will:

• Contribute in creating plan at indirect retail channel in assigned territory to our business and improve customer experience;
• Support supervisor of external team of service providers in indirect retail to ensure the best service provision;
• Propose programs to motivate Shop Assistants & external team of services providers and drive their performance in service execution;
• Ensure efficiency of hostess team service provision in line with business needs;
• Analyze results and apply measures for execution improvements, to lead to achievement of KPIs and specific field activity results;
• Manage budget in assigned territory at most professional & efficient manner;
• Regular field visits.

If you have:

• Preferably University degree (high school education is minimum requirement);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG industry in commercial/marketing/sales roles;
• Fluency in Macedonian language;
• Upper intermediate knowledge of English language (Advanced preferable);
• Upper intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Advanced preferable);
• Driving license – minimum 1 year active driver.
