DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
for North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania
(based in Skopje)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for quantity and value selling to distributors
- Determine market entry strategies for new and/or existing regions, for new and/or existing products
- Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop market / category
- Understanding of current market trends and estimation of the future ones
- Assign sales territories and set and enforce sales goals in cooperation with distributors
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors
- Establish and lead regular meetings with distributors
- Train distributors to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability
- Establish and enforce pricing and discount policies
- Prepare and execute annual reviews of distributors
- Develop an accurate and realistic annual budget plan and monitor performance to budget
- Develop and execute periodical, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare data and sales forecasts plans
- Negotiation, concluding contract and taking care of sales achievements and payments from the distributors
Job requirements:
- University degree, preferable in Economics
- Preferable knowledge in Sales/FMCG, minimum 3-4 years similar previous experience
- Experience in direct work with distributors on the market
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of English language is must
- Good negotiation skills, customer focus, strong drive for results
- Functional skills - good knowledge of the local markets will be considered as an advantage
- Good leadership skills will be considered as an advantage
- High potential to develop further, fast learner, readiness to travel
- Ability to work independently
