Registration & Compliance Administrator

         An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and confident Recruitment Resourcer / Office Junior to join our team. We are looking to expand our existing team and require candidates who can commence employment as soon as possible.

The Role

             As Recruitment Resourcer / Office Junior you will predominantly providing support to the Senior Consultant team, your daily duties will include:

-          Being the first point of contact for candidates.

-          Pre-screening applications

-          Liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews

-          Liaising with clients and in the event of consultant's absence dealing with clients queries.

-          Applying for references

-          Advertising and dealing with advert response.

-          Keeping an existing candidate database up to date, gauging candidate's requirements and informing the consultants of their availability, recording information accurately at all times.

-           Performing general administrative duties, completing reports, requesting / monitoring documentation.

Skills & Experience

  To be suitable for the position of Recruitment Resourcer / Office Junior you must have previous administration and customer service experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;

• Strong Organizational skills;

• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
