To assist our customers in the Belgian manufacturing industry in their search for the right technical experts, especially software developers and mechanical engineers, we are looking for a people expert with an affinity for the IT, digitization, and engineering sector.

As a people expert, you develop our specializations Eminds and Designminds as part of the Squadron group in tandem with the business manager who manages the operational and commercial part.

Eminds digitizes analog processes and substantiates decisions with available data. Our digital experts strengthen the customer and its production with a strong hands-on and no-nonsense implementation by offering custom-written software as a concrete solution.

Designminds focuses on product lifecycle management. We offer innovative solutions for developing technical drawings, prototyping, optimizing designs and integrating them into the production process of the end customer.

How do you make an impact?  

You work from our location in Skopje together with many colleagues within the group and with a team of experts where you take ownership for attracting the right talents, the entire recruitment processes up to onboarding and as an agile coach you guide and ensure the daily ins and outs and give support for the development of our employees. For this you also work closely with a remote team of People experts in Belgium with whom you can spar and share knowledge anytime.

You have a good dose of persuasion to convince potential members to choose Squadron. In any case, you get energy from working with people and especially deploying the right talents in the right place. You build and maintain a network to attract candidates and you look for creative ways of recruitment.

Ideally you already have experience with recruitment, preferably of IT and Engineering experts.

In addition, you take on all kinds of operational HR tasks such as payroll, organization of training, possible relocation of members to Belgium, take care of internal and external communication and you can attract various projects to you depending on your interests.

Of course, you have a lead by example role in terms of our values: positivity, trust, engagement personal development and ethical intrapreneurship.

You can also work independently and communicate openly and proactively.
