We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Support Executive with excellent communication skills who will be the first point of contact with the customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or through the ticketing system, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days in the Skopje office and there will be occasional international travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line response to client requests (internally and externally) in Jira and over the phone according to agreed SLA in English and German.
- Open tickets in Jira for every inbound and outbound call and fulfilling it according to standard operating procedures based on priority and skills.
- Guide clients through the usage of the platform and answer general questions.
- Troubleshoot incidents following standard procedures, knowledge base and own investigation, and escalate complex incidents to the second line of support, including the supporting evidence and information for the second line to replicate and fix the issue.
- Providing regular reports as per clients’ agreed deliverables and schedule.
- If required, travel to clients’ locations around Europe, US and the Middle-East to assist with hardware deployments.
- Assist with the fulfilment of asset management requests, including but not limited to returns and system updates.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders
- Team player and interpersonal skills
- Efficient, effective and proactive attitude
- Quick to adapt to changes
- Good PC literature
- Microsoft Excel basic skills (editing, formatting, filtering and sorting information in a document)
- Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and Macedonian holidays when required
Nice to have:
- Eager to learn and curious about technology
- Basic knowledge of wireless and mobile network technologies
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems and mobile apps
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting tools to provide first level troubleshooting
- Google workspace user: Email, docs, sheets, meet
- User knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Confluence
