We are looking for a highly motivated candidate being responsible for position:
ADMINISTRATIVE
Place of work: Skopje
The main focus will be on:
- Data entry and database management
- Scheduling, organizing and planning
- Ensuring the accurate completion of multiple tasks by strict deadlines
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Recording office expenditure and managing budget
- Recruiting and interviewing potential workers
What we look for?
· University diploma in management is an advantage
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
· Experience in same position will be considered as advantage, but it is not crucial
· Fluency in spoken and good command of written English
· Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
