SnapStack Solutions is a full-service Czech IT Software house. We develop web and mobile solutions, and we also provide IT consultancy services to clients in the Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Germany, and further expanding in Europe. Therefore, for our team in Skopje, we are looking for a Business Development Manager that will help us expand in our target markets beyond the customers we already serve.
What you will do:
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
You will be successful in this position if you:
- You have 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Key Account Management, especially at a tech startup or a fast-growing company.
- You’re passionate about people
- You’re quick to understand new concepts and patterns, and you’re curious to test new ideas in the interest of optimization
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently
- You are engaging, approachable, empathetic, and able to communicate easily with different types of stakeholders
- You speak and write English fluently and are tech-savvy – using digital tools daily
- Developed LinkedIn profile is also a plus
- You have a basic understanding of technology and Software Development
