What We Look For:
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote LEORON’s comprehensive portfolio of products and services, provide customized solutions to clients, and ensure continuous high-end customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new prospects.
- Maintain and grow strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Perform and follow up on sales presentations.
- Nurture client relationships through various channels.
- Address client needs by providing tailored training solutions.
- Advertise public courses on social media.
- This role may requires travel to GCC countries for client meetings and course delivery.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Resilience for outbound calling and list-building.
