FULL TIME - SPORTS PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Location: Skopje-Karposh
Open Positions: 2 (1 Female & 1 Male Employee)
Position Summary:
Develops, organizes and implements high-quality youth sports programs.
THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
To provide leadership for our multi-sport program, the coordinator will be responsible in the following areas:
1. Administration
2. Communication
3. Participation
4. Professional support and training
5. Resource management
6. Community involvement
7. Promotion
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education & Health, Sports & Recreation or similar
•Macedonian & English speaking 
• Between ages 22-35
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage youth sports programs
• Strong communication skills and ability to build community relationships
• Good computer and office technology skills
