PEA MOTIVI for their international client is looking for:

SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain and logistic execution - prepare purchase orders for FG and Tax stickers; from market side lead process of shipment organization (FG from factories to market and Tax stickers from market to factories)
• Tax stickers control and coordination - track agreed on production plans and tax stickers stock per each production center and accordingly organize shipment, ensure company compliance with local regulations, provide reporting on time (consumed, damaged, returned tax stickers)
• Import of FG - follow up on all necessary activities in order to have timely import of FG, smooth custom clearance process, in line with local regulations.
• Customer service - ensure timely sales to the distributor, as per agreed shipment plans. Provide all details on time in order to have updated master data on the distributor side as a prerequisite for a smooth process.
• Support regarding system maintenance (SAP).
• Ensure administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day business
• Considers and proposes opportunities for improving the activities and efficiency of the team.

Requirements and qualifications:

• High school degree, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or similar;
• Experience with financial analysis and administration would be an advantage;
• Efficiency in Microsoft 365 (upper-intermediate in Excel)
• Fluent in English and Macedonian
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
