Booking Agent Freelance – Italian and English speaking - FULL TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES
- External Agent - Booking Department Agent - remote position
- You should have Your personal notebook
Duties :
- FULL TIME - 8.30 h per day, 5 days per week
- Night shifts, one week each 5-6 weeks, from 15.30 till 01.00
- Work on weekends (additional day off will be provided)
- Daily assistance of agencies and operators
- Reservations follow-up (modifications, cancellations, etc...)
- Management of the group inquiries (offers, negotiations, etc…)
- Management of the emergency cases, complaints, relocations, etc…
- Possibility to grow in your career
-The working schedule will be spread all over the week and sometimes on evenings and week-ends (rotations will be obviously made).
- Even if it is a remote position, we require 100% of full working time.
PROFILE - You have the following qualities:
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Other languages such as Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese will be an asset.
- Previous experience with on-line reservation systems (like AIC, GTA, HotelBeds, GoGlobal, Hotelspro, Travco, etc...)
- High sense of service
- Responsiveness, precision and rigor
- Good negotiator
- Excellent knowledge of common softwares (Internet, Outlook, Thunderbird, MS Office Suite…)
- Demonstrated and successful experience in a similar service (minimum 1 year)
- Ease on the phone (even in a foreign language)
