Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:

Laboratory technician / Internal auditor (OSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Internal auditor

• Performing audits including procedural, HSE, fire shutters and production audits, audits of VDA standards, keeping records and organizing corrective actions
• Leading the process audits, system audits, product audits and requalification
• Audit correct implementation of the corrective action in timely manner
• Organizing and leading layered audits
• Evaluating audit results, identifying gaps and provides recommendations

Laboratory

• Test planning, preparation of test schedule for laboratory
• Dimensional measurement 2D and 3D on 3D CMM machine and with gauges
• Functional testing - climatic, electrical and mechanical testing
• Metrology knoweledge
• Coordinating calibrations
• Performing MSA analysis

Key Qualifications / Requirements

• Technical education - bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering education would be considered as an advantage)
• min. 3 years experience with measurement (3D CMM) in automotive manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Metrology knowledge
• MSA knoweledge
