We are looking for an Insurance claims manager to join our team in Bitola or Skopje.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to document work in progress
• Working hours from 2:00-10:00 pm

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the field of construction in the USA
• Knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility applications

Responsibilities:

• Communication with US customers
• Data entry related to construction
• Forwarding information and communication with insurance companies in the USA
• Coordination between teams in MK and USA
