BtoBet, a leading iGaming technology and platform provider, is seeking to recruit a Finance and Accounting Assistant to join its ranks on a full-time basis. The role description entails through understanding of the company’s business model (accounting and financial) to secure quality in the management of the clients in terms of Invoice tracking management, accounting support and understanding clients’ daily business activities.

 

You will be responsible for maintenance of the collaboration with the clients in order to deliver successful invoice preparing, tracking and collection management, bookkeeping and data entries, reporting to the CFO of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice tracking management – Maintain great relationships with vendors and clients in order to manage the terms and conditions from the contracts; assuring on-time payments; responsible for creating and tracking invoices; assuring that customers pay on time; managing the system of friendly reminders; managing the collection actions
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entries – Booking and recording all entries in respect to invoices issued or received on a daily basis. Processing Bank reconciliation activities for the company and business activity that reconciles company`s bank account with its financial records.
  • Collaboration – Communication and understanding various departments’ representatives in order to act upon their expectations and support/ consult them in decision making
  • Finance and organization mission – Accomplishes by completing related results as needed

Qualification:

  • Technical universities, Business studies, or equivalent
  • Proficient in specific tools and applications (Microsoft office skills and confident in online video and audio communication)
  • Knowledge in data entries and bookkeeping
  • Knowledge in financing
  • Knowledge in ERP accounting system.
