Position Overview:

• As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments through outbound calls. You'll be working 10 AM-6 PM Chicago Central Time, engaging with potential clients, and helping drive business growth.
• Requirements:
• Experience in cold calling & appointment setting (required)
• Previous experience working American hours (required)
• Solar or energy experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasive skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Performance & Compensation: Base Salary: $740/month

Bonuses & Earnings Potential:

• Minimum Performance: 1 appointment/day, 25 monthly appointments, 15 sits, $450 in bonuses
• Expected Performance: 2 appointments/day, 40 monthly appointments, 20 sits $900 in bonuses
