For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
MATERIAL PLANNER & DISPOSITION
Responsibilities:
- Disposition of purchased parts and monitoring of dates/ deadlines
- Independent contacting of suppliers concerning problems and their solutions
- Coordination of suitable disposition parameters for the production and transfer to logistics
- Monitoring and analysing of the inventory development for relevant part numbers
- Ensure and develop processes to avoid parts out of specification / NC
- Invoice verification regarding price and amount of parts
- Ensure and develop logistics processes
- Supplier development
- Prepares daily/weekly/monthly production plan and makes sure that each line inproduction is up to date and materials ready. As sickness and vacation replacement
- Provides ongoing production preparation and availability of raw materials to production lines, including production control, through output, line efficiency and capacity fulfilment;
- Maintaining an optimal level of inventory in terms of production line capacity and planned sales.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in technical related field
- 3+ years work experience in similar function ideally in the field of commercial vehicle industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
- Experienced with ERP-Systems in storage balancing (Knowledge of SAP R/3)
- Good English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
- Ability to work in team, Individual initiative and flexibility
- Organizational skills are a must
