Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our client (T&L industry) in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Logistics Coordinator (Track & Trace).

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, to ensure the timely delivery of goods by proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm (10:00 - 18:00) - on-site only in Skopje

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes tracking systems and software to monitor the movement of shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely pickup/delivery.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses any delays, disruptions, or issues that may impact the pickup/delivery schedule.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipment status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or issues as well as creating spreadsheets for tracking customer loads.
  • Maintains accurate records of shipment status, updates, and resolution of issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyses data and information to identify trends, patterns, and causes of shipment issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements as needed.
  • Reviews paperwork and adds in accessory documentation if necessary.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management.
  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.
  • Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient.
  • Comfort using common logistics management software, such as CarLo and Linbis.
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management.
  • Capacity to multitask.
