повеќе за компанијата »We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth running of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of network and system maintenance, as well as experience as a manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the processes for the development of the ICT department;
- Prepare and participate in the preparation of a report on the Company's operations, which is submitted at least once every three months;
- Lead the processes for the development and implementation of the ICT systems and services;
- Go on business trips in the country and abroad to which you will be directed by the Employer;
- Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure.
- Assess the organization's technology needs and make upgrade recommendations.
- Manage and supervise employees in the IT department.
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the IT industry (IP networking, system administration and cyber security)
- Advanced knowledge of ICT technologies and systems (Cloud, Data Center, VPN solutions, Smart solutions);
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office365 and Windows Server environment;
- Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts (risk assessment, risk management, incident management and business continuity);
- Experience writing IT standards, procedures and policies;
- Project management skills and preparation of business studies;
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards;
- Able to work from 15.00 to 23.00 (US working hours)
