Job Title: CSR Manager (Customer Support) 

Number: 3 new opening 

Location: Skopje, Macedonia

Salary: 350 euros start + bonuses

Office Hours: In shifts ( 8h-24h) 

 

Due to new partnership of Intrecredit (Macedonia) and Casino 765 we are looking for 2 new team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a keen interest in digital marketing and knowledge of online gaming industry. 

CSR Managers

Requirements:

Excellent English Skills (a second language is a plus) 

Proven customer support experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiar with CRM systems and practices - an Advantage 

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
