SINCERITAS offers premium workspace at our facility in Rosoman and administrative office in Skopje.

Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms Development Specialist participates in the processes of creating, developing, and optimizing formulations for cannabis extracts, as well as in the development of new products, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of formulations for cannabis extracts
• Development and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Participation in scale-up activities (lab → production)
• Support in technology transfer processes
• Preparation and execution of process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Participation in stability studies
• Development of new products
• Collaboration with QA, QC, and Production within the GMP system

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Degree in:
  • Pharmacy
  • Technology
  • or a related field

Work Experience:

• With or without prior work experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development
• Knowledge of GMP regulations (practical or theoretical)
• Analytical approach and scientific thinking
• Practical skills and interest in working in a production environment
