About you:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and methods
• Strong organizational skills
• Be dedicated to ongoing professional development and training

About the role:

• Process and verifies invoices from suppliers
• Ensures Personal income tax payment, where applicable
• Prepares payment plan
• Monitors and analyzes supplier balances
• Financial instruments monitoring 
• Monitors exposure to third parties (payment in advance)
• Work with the Director, and the team to ensure client work is completed within the timeframe allocated
• Preparation of correspondence to clients and other bodies as required
