We are on the look for an English - Czech speakers to be a part of one of our UK customer’s teams.

Our client is one of the leading platform providers for multi-channel marketing, sales data analysis and reporting. With over 650 retail and hospitality brands in the UK it ranks among the top companies in its field.

Main Purpose of Job
The candidate will be responsible for providing effective customer service from our office in Skopje. The Customer Service Representative will be required to project a professional image through phone and email interaction, while delivering accurate information/support in accordance with required procedures.

Main Responsibilities
∙ Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from potential customers 
∙ Investigate and answer client inquiries 
∙ Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customer's account 
∙ Available to work second shifts when scheduled

Job Requirements
∙ Must be fluent in English and Czech
∙ Must be able to multitask, maintain a positive attitude, and follow directions
∙ Excellent communications skills

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of aplicants searching and screening, building and updating candidate and client lists and would have positive and can-do approach.
