DESIGN ENGINEER - TO WORK IN UAE
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge in DFMEA.
- New product design development, prototype production, Design validation.
- Examining materials and production costs.
- Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes
- Process development.
- Approval of final drawing with BOM
- Analyzing existing products with a view to improving their efficiency and overall performance.
- Evaluate the function, safety and appearance of products to ensure they have a practical design.
- The ability to carry out detailed research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in mechanical design (Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers)
- Knowledge in Autocad and similar 3D software
- Good English in practice;
- Teamwork;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the qualities of various materials; especially metals.
