The Job
T-Dynamics is opening a position for Profiling Analyst in our office in Skopje. We are looking for reliable, task-oriented, serious and dedicated analysts with interests in the fields of personal, individual and organizational analysis and profiling. The Profiling Analyst will be entrusted with analysis, assessment and profile preparation on companies and individuals through open source, big data social media and networks and specialized databases research and analysis of the subjects of research. If you have excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical skills and passion towards corporate and individual analysis, business psychology, market research, we would definitely like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Data and databases research and analysis according to previously specified research templates;
• Open-source research and data aggregation;
• Corporate and individual analysis of companies, organizations and individuals and profile reports preparation;
• Risk assessments;
• Monitoring of various media outlets and other sources of information and analysis of pre-defined subjects of research;
• Preparing English language reports, insights and flash notifications;
• Coordination of research activities with other team members;
• Communication with clients, report briefings and Q&A sessions participation.

Requirements
• Minimum university degree or final-year students. All university degree backgrounds are welcomed, however education or experience in Business Intelligence, Corporate Intelligence, Psychology, Social Sciences, Marketing, Journalism, Law, Security will be considered as advantage;
• Excellent (near-native or business level) knowledge of written and spoken English language. A second EU language will be an advantage;
• The position includes 2-month introduction and training period. No previous experience is essential, however previous minimal experience with foreign organizations and projects related to business, entrepreneurship, research and analysis will be an advantage;
• High level of knowledge of all MS Office applications, especially in document editing, formatting, trans-application data processing, presentation and Google search operators and modifiers.

Work schedule
• Standard 8 working hours per day.
• All additional work hours are paid with increased hourly rate;
• No work during weekends is.

 What we offer
• Monthly net salary of 34,000.00 den after successful completion of the training period. During the initial 2-month training period, the candidates will have net salary of 26,000.00 and receive full net salary package after successfully passing the training period and assessments.
