Procurement Support Specialist
Main responsibilities
- Project tracking
- Suppliers KEY metrics follow up and evolution
- Communicate with wide range of suppliers
- Communicate predominantly with procurement managers but not limited to
- Report any significant issues with suppliers to managers
- Supplier research and evaluation
- Comply with ethical standards in performing the purchasing function.
Requirements and expectations
- University degree;
- Experience in the field of procurement for at least 3 years;
- Strong English - Multi lingual is an asset;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel is obligatory;
- Ability to communicate with people on different levels;
- Flexible and adjustable to different situations;
- Developed personal time management skills that requires minimum supervision.
