PET Quotes Coordinator will provide quoting support for Pet transport inquiries received by Move One for regional and global customers. You will be responsible for producing quotes, response to requests for proposal, and working with all teams within the organization to achieve this.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive requests for quotation and Survey inquires and assuring that quotes are being created to meet set/agreed deadlines;
Review quote(s) ensuring accuracy in calculations, spelling, customer name, address;
Saty informed on the legal regulations and restrictions that affect pet moving pricing, with particular attention paid to seasonal and/or breed restriction for pet transportation quoting;
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers;
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations;
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision;
Other duties as assigned;

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong English skills (written and verbal);
Strong math skills (applied mathematics); 
Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Science;
High level of computer literacy, Microsoft Office ;
Work experience in an international environment, preferably pricing role in Moving, Transportation or Freight Forwarding industry;
Work experience in a customer-focused environment an advantage;
