Missirian Leaf Tobacco is a privately owned tobacco transformer specialised in oriental tobaccos operating in Greece since 1922, and more recently in Bulgaria and Macedonia.
We are in search for candidates to fill the position of:
ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute book-keeping activities
- Collecting, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
- Entering expenses, assets, cost invoices financial transactions into ERP system (SAP) in cooperation with Auditors and Holding company
- Issuing and recording sales invoices / Credit notes in the ERP system
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT and annual tax and other local obligations
- Development of monthly report on fund and bank accounts reconciliatio
- Preparation of annual statements in accordance with IFRS in cooperation with Auditors and Holding company
- Processing the documentation for inventory, administration issues & documentation regarding the customers for Auditors
Organisation and maintenance of office files and records in accordance with internal procedures
Skills & Experience:
- University Degree in Economics or Accounting
- Very good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good PC skills (Ms Office)
- Responsibility, flexibility, good organizational and communication skills
- Up to 40 years old
