GENERAL MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing overall operation and recourses of the company
- Leads the overall business activities of the company to execute strategies and objectives established with the owner
- Manages the local entity's budgets, financial reports and forecasts to ensure that the local business unit achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant laws and regulations
- Responsible for re-creating company that will grow, to improve operations for long-term stability, anticipate both external and internal competitive landscape
- Responsible for sales, marketing, distribution and service
- Maintains the business on high level market share
- Builds strong reputation, to gain/attract clients and suppliers
- Keeps motivated and satisfied the employees/team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years in a managerial position in field of trade and distribution
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
- Management and leadership skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic vision/ Planning skills, result oriented
- Analytical skills, problem – solving
- People oriented, ability to motivate others, team player
Offer:
Managerial contract. Salary competitive to the market, in accordance with the position General Manager and yearly performance based bonus. The employer also provides a company car for private usage, mobile phone, PC, paid professional development, additional private health insurance.
