BtoBet, a leading iGaming technology and platform provider, is seeking to recruit a Legal Advisor to join its ranks on a full-time basis. The role description entails thru understanding of the company’s business model to secure professional operations.

 

As a Legal Advisor in Btobet, you should be an excellent communicator, have the capacity to address the substance in the corporate and legal processes and be able to work in progressive and dynamic environment.

 

Ultimately, you’ll be an essential part of a team that strives for excellence in an industry such as iGaming which that is constantly changing and brings new challenges for both personal and company growth.

 

Responsibilities:

• Corporate legal assignments
• Corporate Group policies
• Entity Establishment procedures
• Contract preparation, negotiation support and/or revision
• Drafting custom made corporate documentation
• Legal Research and Legal Risk Assessment
• Due Diligence / KYC process
• Personal Data Protection and GDPR
• Property, Labor, H&S Laws etc
• Implementation of legal and corporate requirements
• Working with institutions and collaboration with outside counsel/lawyer
• Legal Advice on demand for the corporate and production units
• Monitor and review all developments within the regulatory environment of the business;
• Support all internal stakeholders on a continuous basis with issues concerning compliance in the iGaming industry;
• Advisory on compliance and contract risks/issues, implementation and general compliance;
• Ensuring that all compliance and licensing procedures are respected.

 

Requirements:

• BA degree in Law
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory landscapes in the iGaming Industry;
• 4+ years of working experience on legal matters (preferable in corporate environment)
• Excellent written and spoken English in professional and corporate environment (including legal English)
• Capacity to write, research and develop processes and procedures;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in progressive and dynamic environment
• Ability to work in teams with members of various expertise and take independent responsibility in working obligations
• Experience in implementation of legal and corporate requirements
• Capacity to address the substance in the corporate and legal processes
• Solution and preventive oriented mindset
• Risk assessment capabilities
• Experience in working with international business factors commercially
• High adaptability and learning appetite
• Proactivity and Initiative oriented

• Bar Exam
