LAUNCH ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives notes for engineering changes and makes forms for their implementation (ECN - Engineering Change Notice)
• Develops and distributes internally the technical details about the changes and monitors their implementation
• Design, develop, improve and monitor the production processes of a dedicated project/program produced in the plant
• Create project timing for each preproduction phase of the product
• Ensure project milestones are executed within the timing and focus on cost optimization
• Following project timing through PMP key deliverables
• Working with cross functional team external/internal to make sure all customer and project requirements are met

  Job Requirements:

• Technical university Degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Foreign Languages: English (working proficiency), German (working proficiency)
• Advanced computer skills ( MS Excel, MS Project, Power Point, AutoCAD)
• Process FMEA , MSA , SPC, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, PMP
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to work with suppliers, customers to achieve required results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support demanding automotive customer requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a dynamic and demanding team
• Responsiveness, team spirit (honest, willing to cooperate)
