About the Client 

 

Our client-partner is an Australian Scale-up organization that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). They have platforms that leverage the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, data visualization, among a few others to deliver actionable insights to leading global companies. Our client-partner has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space

 

 

Your Opportunity  

 

A typical week of a designer at our client involves user research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to ship great products. The  primary role of our client is to become the voice of their users and making the team rally behind it to create delightful product experience. You will be working on design of a SAAS platform that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day.

 

  

Candidate Profile and Experience 

• Relevant product design experience
• Degree or formal training in design (human-computer interaction, web or visual design)
•  Skills and experience with product design principles and tools
•  Experience in the end-to-end design processes including research, prototyping, testing and visual design
•  Understanding of best practices, and design patterns
•  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks
•  Ability to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills
•  Have a problem-solving attitude with communication skill to articulate ideas and designs
•  Be passionate about design and technologies.
•  Experience designing for enterprise SAAS platform is a plus
