JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and handle tickets escalated to 2ndline;
- Closures; Reopening’s;
- Game investigation;
- Technical investigations;
- GDPR requests;
- Floor monitoring and channel assignment;
- Doing QA on escalations and providing feedback to Team Leader and Manager;
- Be the subject matter expert to be able to support agents handling tickets;
- Providing the TL/CSM feedback on the agents and suggesting improvements;
- Assisting in investigations of cases;
- Assist in training of new starters;
- Monitoring live chats.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to work in an organized fashion whilst under pressure;
- Possess problem solving skills;
- Able to identify issues through trends and/or feedback;
- Possess strong knowledge in Sportsbook and Casino.
