Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will manage program planning and execution, leading teams and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery with strong leadership and communication skills.
PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
- Plan, develop, and manage programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
TEAM COORDINATION
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
RISK AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Identify risks, allocate resources, and manage budgets to optimize program performance
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
- Monitor progress and report on KPIs, continuously improving processes for better outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record in program management with 3+ years of work experience
- Familiarity with civil society work is a plus; experience and knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem are also advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in event organization and project activity management.
