Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard and custom software solutions for clients,
• Acquire and agree on Requirements,
• Work with Project Manager to assess the duration of the software development effort,
• Work with Client subject matter experts on a day to day,
• Work with Testing team to create Test Cases.

Required experience:

• Experience with C# development,
• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) development,
• MS SQL Server experience, understanding of SQL procedure, Queries & Indexes and Report Server,
• Experience with Visual studio environment,
• Proficient with OOP & Design Pattern MVVM, MVC,
• Basic knowledge of algorithms complexity and execution time,
• Network programming, good understanding of network performance impact and complexities,
• Desirable ASP.net , JavaScript , Ajax desirable,
• Desirable experience with Android development,
•  Desirable experience with Microsoft CRM,
• Experience with International clients,
• Ability to work with international teams in different time zones,
• Excellent English skills,
• Customer satisfaction driven and advanced communication skills,
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision,
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills,
• Start of work day is 6AM Skopje time,
• Excellent work environment and great team to work with.
