Sales / Marketing Manager for the Turkish market

Duties will include:

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Coordinating with management and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Working closely with design departments
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Managing social media marketing campaigns and analytics

Requirements of the role:

• Excellent knowledge of the online Turkish market and feeling
• Fluent in English and Turkish language (written and spoken) is a must (C1, C2)
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field (business administration etc.)
• Qualified chartered marketer.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.
