Accounts Receivable Specialist - 2 positions

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Receivable Specialist manages incoming payments, prepares the outgoing invoices, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. An Accounts Receivable Specialist has the following responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing invoices
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information in system as needed
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
• Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel industry preferably in OPERA Hotels
• Experience in preparation of Financial Reports, Month end closing
• Good command of English language
• Communicative, responsible and loyal person
• Self-initiative with a positive attitude
