Job role
As a member of the Nedcann team, the QA Specialist will be accountable for ensuring best practices are used in product development, designing, creating, running and maintaining manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests, developing and executing QA strategies on site in Macedonia, location Ohrid. The QA Specialist reports directly to the CEO, based in both The Netherlands and Macedonia.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously.
Head of QA :
Hard Skills:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Chemistry;
- Professional and managerial experience in a comparable position, ideally in a company in the pharmaceutical sector or in a related field;
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations;
- Knowledge of GxP and establishment and operation of a quality management, as well as local and international quality regulations;
- Experience in handling change controls, CAPA, deviations and risk management;
- Experience in the governance of qualification and validation processes;
- Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment;
- Strong balance of professional and social competence;
- High motivation and ability to work in a team;
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactively.
