Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full time Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager to become a part of its fast-growing Ekstrapoint team in Skopje. Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje and is delivering digital web products within casino, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing. This position will be placed within the Ekstrapoint team at Vita Media group. Ekstrapoint is a successful unique loyalty platform for casino players all over the world.

What are we looking for?
We are searching for a talented Marketing Manager to take care of traffic buying and affiliate marketing with our in-house iGaming brands.
Through creative thinking and high skilled communication, you will work collaboratively with a high number of partners and networks. You will manage a large portfolio of important relationships + establish and onboard new partners and networks who can ensure traffic for our brands.

Some examples of tasks and challenges:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns live in networks, to ensure maximum ROI is achieved and volume is reached
• Find and onboard new partnerships and networks to maximize quantity of the traffic
• Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the brands + pushing current brands + new brands on weekly basis
• Developing and establish a good relationship with all the partners and networks, and make sure there will be a steady flow of profitable traffic
• Analyzing numbers in details and campaign activity, to identify opportunities for improvement and increase ROI and volume
• Delivering affiliate marketing reports to management
• Ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner together with finance
