Experience Required

You should have Digital Advertising experience in particular the ability to conduct marketing analytics analysis and reporting with tools like Google Analytics.

Any other marketing experience such as having worked on Google AdWords or Facebook Ads Campaigns would be highly beneficial.

Fluent English both Spoken and Written are required.

Our team is spread around the world including the UK, Germany, the US, Bangladesh and Serbia. We believe in work/life balance, autonomy and results. We don’t have a holiday policy. What do we do?

Simply put, we help our clients to get more clients through digital advertising. We use various platforms to drive traffic, this including Google AdWords PPC, Display Advertising, Remarketing and Facebook. We ensure this traffic converts by implementing data driven Conversion Rate Optimisation improvements. We track all of this with market leading analytics tools.

What will you be doing and how you will be measured?

Your primary goal is to ensure the company delivers first-class customer value to all existing and new clients. You will be achieving this by managing the delivery of our clients digital marketing projects. Typical activities will include client reporting, monthly client update calls, coordinating our delivery team, setting up campaigns, monitoring client campaign performance, on-boarding new clients, improving delivery processes and encouraging client referrals. You will receive training and guidance in the above but you won’t be hand-held, you’ll have real responsibility from day one. You’ll be expected to take initiative, and get outside your comfort zone. As mentioned above, you’ll be judged purely based on your results.

This position is part-time, there’s flexibility in hours, but you will need to be able to commit to at least 20-25 hours per week.

If you are a good fit for this role, we fully expect to retain you in the business beyond the trial at which point your salary will increase and the role will progress to full time.
