Application & Technical Support Engineer
SKILLS:
• Advanced knowledge of English and Macedonian
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Good knowledge of MSSQL Server & Database administration
• Knowledge of OOP; MS Visual .NET, XML (JAVA, HTML/DHTML, CSS) will be advantage
COMPETENCIES
• Strong communication skills, customer focused and proactive
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player
• Work under pressure with different clients and outsourcers in multitasking environment
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administrative responsibilities
• First level support for all aviation systems that candidate will be trained for
• Preparation and upgrade of procedures according ISO (20/27K) and ITIL standards
• Analysis of the business processes, coordination, testing, users trainings for business apps
• First level support for outsourced applications and systems
• Administration of User Rights privileges & Matrixes
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Reviewing and understanding business requirements and working with cross-functional teams
• Database administration
