On behalf of our Client, a hi-tech spin off company formed in 2016, one of the most promising startups mentioned as the potential next Silicon Valley with a purpose of developing a system for 3D mapping with high precision in real time, DEKRA is looking for:

  • IT SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Act as a primary point of reference and business consultant for assigned partners through email, phone, online presentations and in-person meetings;
  • Communicate with partners and clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries;
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them;
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes;
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of the product;
  • Manage projects within client relationships, carry out client goals while meeting company goals;
  • Collaborate with the CEO to onboard and integrate new partners, develop existing relationships;
  • Adhere to the highest professional standards while managing partners’ accounts;
  • Giving suggestions for new functionalities based on marker requirements or competition development.
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about partners’ behavior;
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics;
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitor.

QUALLIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales or customer service is preferred;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of 3D software principles and/or drone surveying would be advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of the product and its functionalities.

The client currently seeking a highly skilled IT Product Sales with the drive and determination to help them expand their worldwide client base. An individual who has a proven track record of generating sales, and is accustomed to earnings commensurate with their sales skills, experience and effort.
