Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:

Warehouse Team leader

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving materials to the warehouse and releasing them from the warehouse
• Truck load - unload
• Lines feeding process (with raw material, packaging)
• Finish good warehouse feeding process (with produces parts)
• Working with warehouse management system (Scanners, FIFO, SAP)
• Preparing the documentation regarding the loading/unloading; reporting shipments subjected to the customs procedure
• Systematically improving individual warehouse processes
• Maintenance of data in ERP system
• Participation in project teams and audits
• Organizing complete midterm and annual stocktaking, verifying potential discrepancies between the quantities of materials in the warehouse and the data in the system; evaluation and implementation of measures aimed at resolving the detected discrepancies
• Preparing documents for the preparation of financial and personnel budgets
• Reporting
• Participating in admission interviews and hiring warehouse staff. Liability for proper training for individual job positions. Conducting and processing annual evaluation interviews with the staff.
• Respecting of IATF

Key Qualifications / Requirements

• Technical/business economics education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in automotive industry
• Valid driver license
• Ability to navigate ERP software (SAP)
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
• Negotiations skills
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leading of people
• Team player
• Readiness for traveling
