Searching for Dispatcher in Skopje Aerodrom neighborhood for USA logistics company. Not a remote position.

Job responsibilities include:

• Booking loads
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and update on schedules.
• Monitor truck locations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise using Samsara.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, driver activities, and other relevant documentation using our TMS
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards is a plus.
