CASINO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Expand the members’ club by recruiting new members
• Take marketing initiatives and create strategies to attract new members
• Inform potential members about the benefits of joining the club
• Attract new businesses to expand the list of club benefits
   

Requirements and qualifications:

• Fluent in Albanian
• Excellent communication skills
• Persuasive and charismatic person
• Friendly and respectful to the clients
• Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
