HR Administrator
We are looking for an HR Administrator in our growing team in Skopje:
Responsibilities:
- Providing HR administrative support in line with business requirements
- Preparing documentation aligned with on boarding policy i.e. starters/changers/leavers and updating relevant databases
- Working with access systems
- Updating and maintaining internal systems, records and reports with accurate data
- Updating personal employee records, by saving relevant documentation or updating attached systems
- Taking part in the development process of new HR products/systems
- Preparing and calculation of salaries in line with local regulations
- Creating informative reports upon request
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
- Help in process of training for employees
- Effective communication with the employees
- Work on different HR projects
Requirements:
- University degree
- Min. 3 years’ of experience in HR Administration field
- Work experience with international company will be considered as a plus
- English Language (writing/reading/speaking)
- Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, database systems
- Good knowledge of the North Macedonia’s Labor Law
