We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Care Representatives (CCR) with or without experience that can work in shifts. 

Main responsibilities:

  • To take care of individual bookings
  • Communication with hotels and customers 
  • ​Managing and monitoring payments
  • Registration and maintenance of customer relationships 
  • Creating new sales opportunities for hotels 
  • Participation in development and innovation

Skills and experience we seek:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Hotel/travel agency experience 
  • Experience in tourism in general 
  • Knowledge of the property systems or GDS systems 
  • Flexibility to provide evening and weekend coverage to accommodate the needs of our fast-growing customer base
