Distribution Coordinator

Main responsibilities

• Processing / management of the ship and debit on a weekly level;
• Customer credit approval and follow-up in the internal system;
• Identifying discrepancies in the quantity and amounts charged to distributors;
• Following up price protection and issuing A/R’s and DPP’s for credits and debits;
• Management of the quantity sold to distribution on a weekly and monthly level;
• Checking distributors inventory on a weekly and monthly base;
• Maintaining the price and discounts data base;
• Creation of different reports on daily, weekly and monthly base.

 

Requirements and expectations

• Bachelor degree in Economics;
• Experience in the distribution area and undrstand working with international customers will be a great advantage;
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel is obligatory;
• Accuracy in performing work tasks;
• Ability to communicate with people on different levels;
• Flexible and adjustable to different situations;
• Developed personal time management skills that requires minimum supervision and self-driven.
