We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Works Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications.
• Manage materials and equipment needed for construction tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in structural works or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management is preferred.
