Job role
As a member of the Nedcann team, the Pharmaceutical Technician is primarily responsible for performing general pharmaceutical duties related to the extraction and production of cannabis products. The candidate will work closely with the company’s pharmacist to ensure all regulations are met throughout the production process and follow all of our SOPs. The pharmaceutical technician ensures consistency and efficiency of product through maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job responsibilities
- Manufacturing Support- Assist in the preparation, compounding, and packaging .
- Quality Control -Perform routine checks to ensure product quality, including visual inspections and measurements.
- Equipment Maintenance- Maintain and calibrate production equipment.
- Documentation- Accurately record production data and maintain batch records.
- Adherence to Procedures - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Collaboration- Work closely with pharmacists, quality assurance, and production teams.
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical Background - Relevant education or experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Team Player -Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- GMP Knowledge-Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Communication Skills- Clear communication and documentation abilities.
- Fluent English
