Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.
Ensure that inventory levels are maintained, and that stock is rotated to minimize waste and obsolescence.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Work with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and optimize the material flow.
Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they perform at their best.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order fill rate, and warehouse productivity.
Responsible for more then 80 employees in Warehouse department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse in automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
